Low-level and high-level consulting for customers who would like us to
computationally screen their chemicals and provide a report of the results.
Screens are available for toxic endpoints such as carcinogenicity, mutagenicity
and other genetic toxicity, or reproductive toxicity. Other screens are also
available for therapeutic endpoints such as anti-HIV, anticancer, and
antimalarial activity. Also we will provide computational predictions of
metabolic products using our META program.
Low-level consulting : You provide use with a chemical structure (ChemDraw, MDL
mol file, SMILES code, etc.), and receive a written report giving predicted
biological activity (potency), structure of toxicophore or pharmacophore, and
role of global properties such as LogP (octanol/water partition coefficient).
High-level consulting : In addition to the above, receive e-mail and phone
consultation to answer any questions or assist in interpreting results.
Fees are based on number of chemicals submitted for testing, number of assays,
